charcoal + psyllium
charcoal + psyllium
a quiet gut reset protocol
when the system is overloaded, clarity fades.
this blend isn’t dramatic. it doesn’t force a purge. it just helps clean up the leftovers—metabolic debris, endotoxins, and old inflammation—without requiring a crisis to do so.
the combination of activated charcoal and psyllium husk forms a gentle two-part mechanism:
charcoal binds
psyllium sweeps
together, they escort unwanted compounds out of the system while calming bloating and reestablishing digestive rhythm.
protocol
mix the following into 8–10 oz of water:
½–1 tsp activated charcoal
1–2 tsp psyllium husk
(optional) ½ tsp bentonite clay
(optional) 1–2 oz aloe vera juice
(optional) squeeze of lemon or lime
(optional) pinch of sea salt
(optional) ¼ tsp ginger powder or splash of fresh ginger juice
stir quickly. drink immediately.
follow with another full glass of water.
when to use
evenings, away from meals and supplements—ideally 2 hours after the last bite.
2–3x per week is usually enough.
this isn’t a daily ritual. it’s a maintenance pass.
a way to stay light.
notes
if digestion is moving too fast, skip the psyllium.
if things feel sluggish, keep it in.
always hydrate.
this protocol helps keep the terrain clear—so the signal stays clean, and the system runs lighter.
